We buy houses in Mountlake Terrace, WA. Here is a video to describe one of the scenarios or situations where people are considering to sell to us rather than listing with a real estate agent.

Hey guys. So today I’m coming to you from Mountlake Terrace and it’s a little bit cool. It might start raining here, but that’s fine. The goal of today’s video is to showcase to you guys another scenario of sellers that tend to work with us or choose to work with us where we are a good option. So, in this case, the house that you see right behind me…right there, pretty big house, very nice house. The seller is selling her parents’ house. In this case, her mom passed away about 20 years ago and now, unfortunately, her stepdad passed away. And so they’re looking to sell the house, get as much money and move on with their life. So in this situation, you know, there are three siblings and one of them is taking control and meeting with all the different potential buyers.

So I think we are probably, I dunno, maybe the fourth or fifth company that spoke with the seller, but I have a very good feeling about this because I think that we’re going to be able to meet the seller’s needs. We were able to explain all that intricacies and the general dynamics here in Mountlake Terrace because just right around the corner there is a town center that’s being developed in Mountlake Terrace and that’s going to bring a lot of economic opportunities to his area. And the seller doesn’t know about it and she’s talked to four or five other different companies. So she really knows what she wants, she knows the price. And, I think ultimately, we are well-positioned to purchase this house, update it, remodel it and sell it to another family to live there. And, I’ll let you guys know if we get the house, but I have a pretty good feeling about it. All right. Thanks so much.
