Alex holds a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Colorado and MIT, respectively. Before getting his start in real estate, Alex was a member of an elite engineering team building communication satellites and later became an Engineering Manager at Boeing. Alex is a great listener and quick problem-solver, which comes in handy when helping homeowners who are facing complicated situations. He is happily married to his beautiful wife, Lisa, who is from the island of Oahu, Hawaii. In his free time, you can find Alex playing beach volleyball, hiking, or traveling.

Viktor has a nursing degree from Washington State University. Before entering real estate, he worked at Seattle Children’s Hospital saving infant lives and keeping hope alive for countless families. Viktor is kind, patient, and compassionate, and is always focused on homeowners and how to best solve their problems. Viktor is a husband to his beautiful wife, Angelina, and a loving father of two children, who keep him very busy! In his free time, you can find Viktor spending quality time with his family or getting in a great workout at the gym!

Originally from Hawaii, Lisa’s professional background is in Travel & Tourism; she spent her entire career planning vacations of a lifetime for visitors around the world as a Travel Consultant. Traveling is her passion, as she loves connecting with all kinds of people from all walks of life from around the world. Married to the co-owner, Alex, Lisa decided to leave the travel industry to work in the business full time in HR, hiring, training and developing top talent to grow the business to reach the goal of being able to help 10,000 home owners. Lisa is passionate about working with people and developing them in their role, to be the best that they can be in their professional careers and personal life. She is the culture ambassador of the company, ensuring the team is happy and contributing to their fullest potential. In her free time, you can find Lisa working on her travel and food blog, hiking in the Pacific Northwest, and playing beach volleyball with her tall husband, Alex.

Wende is a Washington State native who loves Seattle sports. (Go Hawks!) She has a passion for sales with over 25 years of experience within a wide range of media platforms, including Print, Digital Marketing, NBA Arena Billboard Sponsorship, and Product Placement within the motion picture industry in Los Angeles. She’s been married to her sweetheart, Randy for 25 years. Wende is also a travel book author and contributing freelance editor for various magazines including Seattle Magazine. Back in the 90’s, Wende was known as the voice of “The Seattle Scout” in morning drive on Seattle’s KOMO AM1000, and she is currently the producer and host of a regionally syndicated radio show called “Weekends Around the Northwest”, which has been playing for over 20 years.

Peter is a Washington State native who grew up in the Spokane area. He loves water and snow sports, and the great outdoors. He is a professional communicator and has been a marketing leader for over 15 years. After serving his country building and maintaining helicopter jet engines for the United States Marine Corps, he started his career serving clients with their security, and later, their tax resolution needs. He is a team builder with extensive experience solving his clients problems, and creating win-win situations. When Peter is not buying houses for I Will Buy House, he is spending time with family and friends, hiking, fishing, playing piano, and training dogs as a hobby.

When he is not buying homes and consulting clients to navigate them through the sometimes difficult and often overwhelming processes of selling a home, he enjoys camping, fishing, and spending time with his best friend and wife as well their four beautiful grandchildren Neveah, Addalyn, Miles and Daren.
