Hey folks, today, I’m coming to you from Kent and you may ask yourself, what am I doing standing in front of the Kent municipal building? And the reason I’m here is to do a bit of research on a house that we’re looking to buy. Sometimes the best use of the property is actually, development. And in this particular case, it looks like there’s a lot of land that comes with the home and the best use of the property may actually be developed. We don’t just come in with an offer to buy somebody’s house just because we are going to remodel it. Sometimes it makes more financial sense to divide the property and build several houses. That’s why we always research the properties we are looking to buy because this allows us to determine the best use of the property and pay the homeowner top dollar for their house. So that’s why I’m here. I’m going to go in, speak with the city planners, and find out what we can do with this particular house and property. Hopefully, I’ll learn good info and this will allow me to pay more money to the seller.
