I’m standing in front of another house that we just bought right behind me. This was an interesting situation, the seller, actually, the daughter of the owner who passed away really unexpectedly, is living in Portland. Penelope lives in Portland, very far away from the property. She contacted us on her way to Seattle. She had a couple of days off from work and she just wanted to come up and deal with this property and be done with it. Also on top of this, there was a reverse mortgage on the property, which hasn’t been paid for a couple of months and so the lender was threatening to foreclose.
