Hey folks! So it’s another nice and sunny day here. Kind of becoming a trend, which I love. And today I am in Shoreline, Washington. I’m standing in front of another house that we just bought right behind me. This was an interesting situation, the seller, actually, the daughter of the owner who passed away really unexpectedly, is living in Portland. Penelope lives in Portland, very far away from the property. She contacted us on her way to Seattle. She had a couple of days off from work and she just wanted to come up and deal with this property and be done with it. Also on top of this, there was a reverse mortgage on the property, which hasn’t been paid for a couple of months and so the lender was threatening to foreclose.

So the seller, Penelope wanted to sell this property really quickly with little hassle. She didn’t want to stay in the area. She has a family and job in Portland. And that’s exactly what we did. She came on Monday, she called us on Sunday night while driving up here. We talked to her. Victor came out and met with her on a Monday morning and just within a couple of hours, everything was done and signed. This must have been about four weeks ago, three or four weeks ago. Since then, we checked out the house, completed all the steps that we had to complete. And earlier this week we completed the sale. Now we are removing stuff from the house. So there’s another scenario where a seller had to sell the house very quickly and wanted to do that and we were able to step right in and help her achieve the goal that she wanted to achieve. All right guys. So just wanted to share another situation where we were able to help the seller.
