We just completed another property purchase. This time we bought a house from folks who were moving to a quieter part of the state. They didn’t want to list the house because it required A LOT of updates and the seller is in poor health and did not want to be disturbed by all of the visitors that come during a traditional real estate sale, plus they didn’t want any of the hassles of a traditional sale.
